UPDATE!!!! =] & It's the way you got me, head over heels for you... The way you get me, like nothing or no one else ever has. Everyone is looking for a something. One thing that makes it all complete. Well, for me, it's waking up beside you to watch the sun rise on your face... to know that I can say I love you at any given time or place. That's the thing about words... They are clear & specific. But, when you talk about feelings, words are too stiff. They are this & that. They can't conclude all the meanings... They always leave something out. Your choice is either black or white... Not a shade of gray.... Because is love, there is no such thing as halfway... Devotion can't be swayed. Emotions can't be torn. I'd rather be hot or cold, instead of lukewarm. Let go of what kills you & hold on to what keeps you breathing. Here's to this moment. This moment in your life when nothing at all is perfect, but everything feels so right. She doesn't care if you call her & wake her up in the middle of the night. She hates arguing, but you know she's good at it. She's terrified of the dark, but when she thinks of you, she smiles. She laughs at your jokes, even if they're dumb. She loves the way you stare at her & she wouldn't change it for the world. You know you mean the WORLD to me. Please don't let this turn into something its not. I can only give you everything I've got. I can't be as sorry as you think I should be. But, I still love you more than anyone else will. There are just those times when you give me that look & no one else may see it, but when you look at me that way, my heart just melts & I know you're the one. We talk about the old times & it makes me smile because you didn't forget. & Admit it... you love me. You always will. Just like I'll always love you. You were my first love. The first guy to give me butterflies so strong tha tI felt like I would drop to my knees right then & there. It's one of those feelings... The ones where you get the good kind of goosebumps in 90 degree weather. You sit there & think about him & you can't help but smile. Whenever you see him, he takes your breath away. You'd rather spend the rest of your life there with him than winning the lottery or becoming famous 'cause when you're with him... You have everything. She was like the 3rd beer... Not the 1st one which the throat receives with almost tearful gratitude... Not the 2nd, that confirms & extend the pleasure of the 1st... But the 3rd... The one you drink because it's there... because it can't hurt... & because what difference does it really matter? Do you ever wonder if you had taken a left turn instead of a right turn, you could have been someone else? Missing someone isn't about how long it has been since you've seen them or the amount of time since you've talked... It's about the very moment when you're doing something & you wish they were right there with you. What if we already met the right person, but aren't ready to fall in love??? We all need something we consider worth getting up for in the morning. Whether its real or not, healthy or destructive, tangible or false is irrelevant.
